VISITOR CENTRE CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your booking ALL cancellation requests MUST be in writing to proceed with your request.

As the Carnarvon Visitor Centre is a booking agent only please ensure you review the operators cancellation policy to confirm your entitlement. Cancellations for confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a AUD$25.00 (inc GST) administration fee in addition to the Cancellation Fee of the Service Provider/Operator. The refund process can take up to 7 Days. Refunds can only be processed via Credit Card. Credit Card details must be provided over the phone or via email Credit Card details are not kept on file.
